• Marissa's Kitchen Children Charity Organization - Our favorite Charity and the reason for our website. Marissa's Kitchen Directors and Board Members do not draw any salary. Their bylaws actually forbid even accepting gifts. We like a charity that doesn't spend most of your donation on salaries. In fact, virtually 100% of your donations will go directly to a Philippine school children, from Kindergarten to 6th grade. MK's Free Lunch program is their lead program with one purpose; and that is to provide the proper nourishment for school children. You cannot learn well when your hungry. Thanks to Marissa's Kitchen, grades are up, attendance is up, enrollment is up, health is up, and happy children are up.
